Thanksgiving meals will be provided with your order this week, Oct 9, if you would like one. They are available after 11:30am. For those receiving delivery please indicate if you would like one added to your order.
The West Muskoka Food Bank is open for our clients to pick up their grocery orders every:
- Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
On occasion, the West Muskoka Food Bank may cancel it’s services for the week due to situations beyond our control (for example, bad weather) – it is your responsibility to check our website or social media for notice of unplanned closures.
Please note the following important information:
- We offer discreet pickup for anyone interested. Grocery delivery is available in select areas for individuals with health or mobility issues. Please call 705-646-3997 to speak with our Operations Manager about discrete pick-up and delivery options.
- Please place your grocery order in advance to allow our volunteers sufficient time to prepare it.
- Orders can be picked up on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be patient if others are being served when you arrive. If you need a specific time pick up please talk to the Operations Manager in advance.
- Please bring bags with you to receive your order when you can.
- Order accuracy is not guaranteed; however, you are welcome to review your order before leaving.
